Over the years I have had many group and private lessons both on Matt and reformer. Nobody compares to Kate who goes over and above to ensure that she understands your health concerns and what you want to achieve in your sessions . Everything is simply explained and a private plan and lesson is always fresh and new . I will not go anywhere else and if you are able to secure a slot don’t ever let it go !!
A session with Kate is always a pleasure. Her studio is a little oasis and Kate is an encouraging teacher who knows her stuff. She’s attentive to every position and movement, giving clear and supportive guidance. I’ve definitely got stronger and enjoyed seeing my progress over our sessions.
